Delete your account
Last updated October 13th, 2026
1. What is deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove from our systems:
- your account — e-mail address, name, password, and the links to any Google or Apple sign-in
- your pages — every page you created, including the pages you shared with others and the pages you made public, and everything on them
- your files — every image, document, audio and other file you uploaded
- your subscription — your billing profile with our payment provider; any active subscription ends with it
This is permanent. Deleted pages and files cannot be recovered, by you or by us.
2. What is kept while we process the request
Deletion is carried out by our team, step by step, and some steps involve other services. Until the request is complete, we keep only what those steps need:
- your account identifier and the date of the request, so the deletion can be tracked to completion
- the identifiers needed to close your subscription and revoke any Google or Apple access you granted — stored encrypted, and removed when that step is done
Billing records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices, are retained for the statutory period, as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. How long it takes
Your account is deleted within 30 days of your request. On the day you ask, you are signed out and shown the date by which the deletion will be complete.
You can cancel until that date by writing to hello@gyst.studio.
4. If you can no longer sign in
If you have lost access to your account, write to hello@gyst.studio from the e-mail address of the account, and we will record the request for you.
5. Request the deletion
To request the deletion of your account, sign in first — the request is tied to the account you are signed in as.
